🔥Men of Fire🔥

Last month weekend immersion Men of Fire in Langeland was an incredible experience. I had the pleasure of co-hosting the retreat alongside Ronski and Rune, A group of courageous men came together to reconnect with themselves, their passion, and their lives. Over three intense days, we focused on reigniting the fire in our heart, bringing men face-to-face with their power and their inner “Yes” for themselves.

Every day was packed with beautiful moments of growth. We kicked things off with yoga to get everyone moving and present in their bodies. Breathwork followed, which helped open up space for deeper reflection and a building the energy. Silent meditation gave us the space to just be, while tantric embodiment practices and dance brought a real sense of presence to our bodies.

The real magic was in the connections that was created. Men who came in as strangers were soon supporting each other, sharing honestly, and reflecting on their lives in ways that you don’t often see in everyday conversations. There was vulnerability, and also incredible strength in showing up fully. The sharing were focused on what is really felt, avoiding the stories that the mind creates.

The food was amazing, the cook was preparing vegetarian dishes, that helped keep the energy high and grounded.

For me, this retreat felt like coming home to my purpose. Holding space for these men, watching them confront their shadows and embrace their own power, made everything feel aligned. The teamwork with Ronski and Rune was effortless—it was like everything clicked into place. It wasn’t just a retreat; it was a space of deep growth for everyone involved, including us as facilitators.

The experience has left me grateful and fired up for what’s to come. The way this group came together and left with a renewed sense of purpose, passion, and connection to their lives was a reminder of why this work matters. This is the energy I want to carry forward, for myself and for the men who are ready to step into their power.
